My nickname is Instant Party. Wherever I go, I bring enthusiasm, joy, and curiosity. I love movement and finding inner awareness through awareness of the body. I like to gather people and share ideas. I am silly, social, musical, and contagiously fun.
I love CircusYoga because it embraces all possibilities. This is a practice of allowing and trust, where we as teachers can let go and enjoy the creative process that arises naturally with every group of humans. I am always amazed at the ingenuity of children at play. I love to facilitate the space where we can be respectful and yet still push our limits. CircusYoga is a practice of saying yes, of taking risks, and realizing that anything is possible with support and patience.
